Claire is a fullstack Senior designer with UX Research and UiUX work being her two main sweet spots in the T shaped design theory. She runs design projects in an end-to-end manner, starting with the user and business goals to define the needs for a creative project and delivers down to the details of a button placement choice in the wire-framing stage. With experience early in her career in consulting, Claire is comfortable with ramping up to a new industry or set of business requirements and systems quickly and her experience in startup work in undergrad as well as at Forma has granted her a sense of interdisciplinary collaboration. She embraces playfulness in how she approaches the creative process - she believes the final product benefits all the more when product people (including PMs, designers, and eng) can form effective ways of working together as a team.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find Claire out in the wild with her Aussie Gio, climbing a wall, running w a good audiobook in her ears, or exploring art & architecture with family and friends!
